Patent Approved

Mark found out yesterday that his second patent got approved!! I don't know what this one was for.

6 Months

Kyra turned 6 months yesterday. It's so hard to believe she's that old already. She has really developed the last couple of days. She decided talking is a good thing and doesn't want anyone else to get a word in. She also started doing the army crawl. She has decided that table food is the way to go and will eat anything we put in front of her, peas, squash, rice, squash, banana, etc. Here are her stats from today. Weight 15 pounds 8 ounces (40%), height 26 inches (61%).

Springlike Weather

Jodi and I decided to get out and enjoy the recent nice weather. Bismarck has had above average temps recently so we took advantage of it for some pictures.

Ductwork

Jodi and I did some more work in my basement tonight. We sheetrocked around the ductwork in the bedroom. My friend Matt helped me put up the framing on Saturday.

Now the only thing left is taping, sanding, texturing, priming, painting, suspended ceiling, lights, trim, doors, and carpet and then I'm done.

Valentine's Day

Valynn hosted Valentine's Day. She made tortilla pinwheels, fruit dip, cookies, cake, and punch. We had to get all dressed up, set the table with the china, and eat by candlelight. She did a very nice job.

Must be a Monday

Mark couldn't find his badge, Valynn didn't want to wake up for school (she was up at 4:00 am yesterday morning and dind't go to sleep until after 9:00 last night), it's -20 with wind chill outside, and we lost our power for 4 hours.
